Hi! I’m a Lecturer (Asst. Professor) in Psychology at the University of Edinburgh. I previously worked as a Research Fellow at the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership at the Australian National University and at the University of Exeter. I obtained my PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Victoria, Canada, in 2020.

My research interests lie at the intersection of gender, close relationships, and quantitative methods. I am particularly interested in how social identities and contexts interact to produce and maintain inequalities in relational well-being. My research seeks to (1) challenge dominant cultural narratives, norms, and stereotypes that underpin group-based inequalities and (2) promote the relational well-being of disadvantaged and marginalized groups.
